Most of us want to work on and better our Olympic Lifting technique but aren’t sure of the time commitment or really what the program entails, we are offering a very special class that will give you a preview of what to expect in a 4 week barbell cycle. We are planning a barbell cycling course the beginning of next year just in time for the Open so this course will give you a little sneak peak of what to expect for that. This is the perfect time to see what an Oly class is all about as well as get some tips on form and technique for your lifts. Since this is only a 2-week course, the programming will be very basic and introductory as in what to expect. This course is for all levels and class size is limited to 12 so make sure to sign up early!
A little background explanation of what happened to the last Oly class; unfortunately Sam wasn’t able to follow through with the time commitment of running his program here – but we are more than excited to have Coach Shannon Mueller lead this class!
Class Meeting times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm, Saturdays at 12pm for 2 weeks, starting November 28th
