So everyone has been asking about new TCF sweatshirts and we’re excited to announce they will finally be available to preorder this week! It’s been getting chilly in the morning and evening so it’s the perfect time to rock new cold gear! Also new Paleo Nick shipment was made this weekend so we can all have dinner for the week!!

We also released our limited edition Barbells for Boobs TCF shirts that will be given to anyone who fundraises over $100 for our event December 12th from 5:30pm-8pm. Shirts and tanks will also be available to purchase and half of the proceeds will be donated. Please place your order in the comments sections or let Lexie know by Wednesday, November 19th! It’s for a great cause and you will be helping early detection of breast cancer for those in need. Please come out to our event and participate in the workout as well! Sign ups for heats will be on the whiteboard at the gym. Everyone is welcome so bring friends/family/etc!
