This week is Thanksgiving! As a result we have a few changes to the schedule. we’re shortening our schedule to allow our owners and coaches time to spend with their families and loved ones as well.
Thursday (Thanksgiving) – Only one class at 10:30AM. Want to get your workout in before loading up on auntie’s special yams? We’ll be holding a workout at 10:30AM on Thanksgiving day.
Friday – One class at 10:30AM. Need a break between your Black Friday events? Stop in and get a workout on!
