2 down, 3 more to go!! Another successful weekend of the CF open intramurals are in the books and I hope I’m not the only one in saying that I hope I never see that workout ever again. 14.2 was a challenge, especially if Overhead squats (for me!) or chest to bar pull ups are a weakness for you. There was some pretty impressive scores though too so good job everyone! A lot of people got their first OHS at the Rx weight and some go their first Chest to bar pull ups too which is amazing to witness. We’ll be calculating team scores later and results for week 2 should be posted soon. Now…what is 14.3 have in store for us….I’m scared!!!
Other exciting news is we will be having a FREE CrossFit Kids session next Friday, March 21st from 4:30-5:15pm.

Clean Rack support
* taking bar from within power rack, set safety bars just below shoulders at max standing height. athlete should work up to max clean or front squat or clean weight (or more), stand up weight and hold in clean rack pos for 3-5seconds to complete 1 rep. then lower back to pins.
-rest 1-2 min between sets
-purpose of clean rack is to strengthen athletes torso and increase confidence under weight.
