Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and recovered from the 12 Days of Christmas workout we did on Christmas Eve! It was a tough but good one and we had an amazing turnout so great job everyone! Just want to wish everyone a Happy New Year this week! Be safe and no drinking and driving! We at TCF are super excited for 2015 and hope all of you are making a list of goals for yourself for this next coming year as well. Speaking of new things, we have a couple here at TCF. First is our Suggestion Box you may have seen. We’ve been wanting one for a while so our members can provide us with their suggestions or comments without the fear of speaking to Dan face to face, or Jamie half-listening while trying to post on Instagram. The only request we have is that they be serious suggestions or comments..No penis drawings people! The other new toy we have is the battle ropes that Nikki Langit’s cousin graciously donated. They are super fun and a really great workout!
