Tomorrow kicks off our holiday shortened schedule. Starting tomorrow for the next 2 weeks, we will be running classes at the following times:


The exceptions to this is as follows:

Christmas and New Year’s eve:  No 6:00PM class.
Christmas and New Year’s Day: No Classes.

CrossFit Lites

During this special holiday schedule, all CrossFit Lite members are allowed to come to any of these times as well (so you guys actually get an expanded schedule).

General CrossFit members, make sure to meet and greet any new faces around the box in the next few weeks – not only is it the “holiday” thing to do, but those new faces might be CrossFit Lite members (who eventually might decide to workout alongside you in a general CrossFit class!)

Ugly Sweater Time!

DON’T FORGET!!!! TONIGHT IS THE UGLY SWEATER WORKOUT!!!  Come down and be “festive” with us in your ugly christmas sweaters!  We’ll provide some food and refreshments for after the workout, so stick around and hang out as well!

Workout of the Day

A. Strength
1.  3-3-3-3
2. Reduce weight and complete 1 drop set of 10-12 reps

B. Met- Con
a. 5 rounds
10 Ring Push Ups
12 Front Squat (115/95)
50 double unders

Scale 10 ring push ups to 20 hand release pushups, if needed.
