Tomorrow Starts Picture Day Week!

Awwww yeah!  We’re bringing it back to 4th grade.  Do you remember picture day?  Moms would get you all dressed up in that shirt you bought special for this very day?  And she slicked your hair back extra good?  I sure do, that was traumatic stuff!

We thought, why let the kids have all the damn fun?  I mean we already jacked their “play” and made it competitive exercise… why not take over on Picture Day too?

We’re starting a new custom here at Fit Lab.  Well, to be fair it’s not all that new, cause I’m jacking it from our friends at CrossFit RepScheme.  We’re going designate an area of our box to the community and post a polaroid picture of every member of Fit Lab there.

Starting tomorrow and all of next week, we’re going to be looking to grab all of our members and take a picture.  We’ll make an announcement before the warm up, so we can snap off your picture before you get sweaty.

So when you decide you want to take your picture, come to the box looking fresh to DEATH.  Do your hair right, and wear that special shirt!  We’ll snap a quick polaroid of you and ask you to write something witty on it.  ONE take per person so don’t get all Kim Kardashian on us – them Polaroids are a buck a shot!

We want to send a strong message to anyone venturing into our box – we’re a strong community of CrossFitters, and it all starts with each and every one of you!

Scale Hand Stand Push-Ups to regular Push-Ups.  If you don’t have Double Unders, scale to Double Under attempts.  If you cannot hit a single Double Under from time to time scale Double Under Attempts to 3x Single Unders (so for the round of 50 you would do 150 Single Unders)
