Wow – what a weekend! I’m exhausted but so thankful for our gym and community! Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you who made the trip down to Del Mar to support Jamie! We had such an amazing fan base and I know lots of you lost your voices over the weekend. I know Jamie appreciates everyone who took time out to support her, whether it was driving down, sending texts or giving her gifts. She also could hear us cheering her on which means we did our job because it was loud in there! I hope you all had fun & until next year! If that was your first time at Regionals, I hope it was everything we said it would be & more! I know Kaji got to take some pictures with some of his favorite athletes.IMG_2843

*athlete will perform grace, and top of every min perform 20 double unders

CrossFit Lite:

A. EMOM 10
-5 strict chin-ups
-10 jumping air Squats

B. AMRAP 6
-40 DUs
-20 WBs

Rest 2 minutes…Repeat.

C. Mobility

Beginner CrossFit:

1 Mile Run Test

Rest 4 minutes from run
Then:

20 Air Squats
15 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
