50 Double unders*
75 Front squats (115/75)

400M run w/med ball (#20/15)

75 burpees 
row 1000m

* Each partner must complete 50 double unders for buy in.  

On the front squats, athletes will alternate doing the 75 total reps (not 75 per person).  The bar cannot touch the floor once it’s been brought to the front rack. If athlete gets tired they must handoff without putting bar down

1 ball between 2 partners. Distance can be distributed in any way athletes choose

Burpees and row can be distributed between partners any way they choose
