We cater to beginners! Our fitness system has been designed to take someone with no experience all the way thru the process and continue to guide them as their goals and direction change.

Coach For Life

The foundation of your membership is your personal coach for life.  This coach will work with you on your fitness goals from Fundamentals thru every stage of your personal development.

Set in a private environment, our Fundamentals allows every new client to learn at their own pace, at their own time, with their dedicated coach.

Group Fitness

Once you graduate from Fundamentals, you will join our Group Fitness classes and participate alongside the community.

Ongoing Coaching & Counseling

To compliment your Group Fitness classes, you will meet up with your Coach for Life periodically to review your goals, measure your progress, and continually chart a fitness plan.

Getting Outdoors

A vital part of our methodology includes getting outdoors and putting your fitness to use.  We regularly participate in outside-of-the gym activities such as sports leagues, organized trail runs and hikes, beach days, and more!

Jamie is an ex-professional basketball player turned professional CrossFitter.  A perennial CrossFit Regional calibre competitor, Jamie finished as the 19th fittest woman on the planet at the 2016 CrossFit Games and competes as a professional on the Phoenix Rise NPGL team.
