The life blood of our gym starts with our coaching staff. Each coach is professionally trained and certified, and here to help each and every one of our clients with their goals.
Jamie is an ex-professional basketball player turned professional CrossFitter. A perennial CrossFit Regional calibre competitor, Jamie finished as the 19th fittest woman on the planet at the 2016 CrossFit Games and competes as a professional on the Phoenix Rise NPGL team.
Evening Head Coach
Our head coach and programmer. You can say he’s a big part of our special sauce here. Andy’s knowledge of CrossFit, fitness, and movement is second only to his knowledge of Taylor Swift.
Moon constantly refers to himself working on his “dad bod“. But if all dad’s had Moon’s bod women everywhere would be pleased.
Lexie (aka “Jamie’s Sister“) is the Team mom around here. You’ll always see her on the floor, and she can always point you in the right direction.
Cheryl because our first Masters athlete to make it to the CrossFit Games in 2016. A true, Cheryl is the master of our CrossFit Lite program, which focuses more on “the burn” of cardio than it does “the bite” of the barbell.
When Kei’s not trying to lift heavy things, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, lounging in sweatpants, and indulging her sweet tooth
Dan has been a CrossFit fanatic since 2008 and is rumored to actually work out every now and then – but those rumors have yet to be substantiated.
Jennifer has made it to the ultimate pinnacle of Competitive CrossFit – The CrossFit Games. Yet she’s too humble to ever bring that up. She’s also starred as a gymnast stunt person in the 80s hit movie, Weird Science, but she won’t talk much about that either.
