  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, basil, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
